Tomato Juice

Classic Potions

Tomato juice is a juice made from tomatoes, but it was not until the early 20th century that it was used as a drink!
The first serving of the beverage occured in 1917 when a hotel owner, called Louis Perrin, ran out of orange juice.
Some people still think that the tomato is a vegetable, but it is actually a fruit. Tomato juice is therefore just another fruit juice.
